Procedure
All returns must
be authorized by buy4asianlife.com prior to return shipment.
You must notify us within 5 business days of receipt of item to be eligible for exchange/credit.
If a return/exchange has been arranged with us, we must receive your item within 14 days.
Returned items are subject to exchange or credit only.
Shipping Fees are not refundable.

Upon our review,
we will provide instructions for returning the merchandise. The customer is responsible for returning the merchandise in a timely manner and must be in it's original unused packaging.
Terms
and Condition of Sale
If an electric appliance is
defective within the warranty period, the first place to look for help is
the manufacturer. Please visit our manufacturer link page for reference. Most
of our electric appliances are subject to a manufacturer's warranty and we are prepared
to help you obtain warranty service in the unlikely event you run into any difficulties.
In many cases, the manufacturer can diagnose and resolve concerns over the phone.
All products that
are in their original packaging conditions can be returned or exchanged within
5 days, starting on the date of shipment's arrival. You are entitled to 100%
refund of goods purchased if Buy4AsianLife.com is at fault for the return. Otherwise,
a 20% restocking fee may apply. To obtain proper refund/exchange, the return
product must contain all manuals, blank registration cards, accessories, and
packaging materials in its original packaging. The equipment must not be
damaged in any way. Buy4AsianLife.com will NOT accept any incomplete returns. Customer is responsible for insuring the return package for the appropriate value in case of damage during return trip.
All returned products
claimed defective will be inspected for verification. If found to be non-defective,
we may ship back to the customer at their own expense and may charge a diagnostic
fee. Neglect,
abuse/misuse, and physical damage voids any kind of after-service and no refund
or credit will be given.
Order
Cancellation
Buy4AsianLife.com processes
orders automatically after they are received. Therefore, if a customer wants
to cancel an order, it is recommended that the customer contact us as soon as
possible. Cancelled orders by the customers may carry a 10% cancellation
fee. Orders already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled and customers
will be responsible for payment.
All refused shipments
will be subject to shipping and handling charges and 20% restocking fee.
